INFORMACIÓN
- El precio de inscripción es de 700 €. Incluye vuelo chárter, visado, desplazamientos en los campamentos, y actividades del Festival.
- Recuerda que este año la salida es el martes 8 de octubre, y el regreso el domingo 13 de octubre. Utilizaremos un vuelo chárter Madrid-Tinduf-Madrid.
- El visado es colectivo, es muy importante que todos los datos del pasaporte sean correctos, y que la fecha de caducidad sea superior a 6 meses. Es decir, que no caduque antes del 13/03/2014.
- Nos alojaremos con familias saharauis, dormiremos y comeremos en su jaima. Recomendamos entregar a las familias unos 5 euros por persona y día para cubrir los gastos extra que les hayamos podido generar.
- Si ya tienes contacto con alguna en la wilaya de Dajla, podrás quedarte con ella en los días del festival. Nos tendrás que facilitar sus datos en mails posteriores. Insistimos en que esta opción solo está disponible para las familias en Dajla, nadie podrá salir de esa wilaya durante el Festival por razones de seguridad.

ENGLISH INFORMATION
- The price of the trip is 700€. This includes the Madrid-Tindouf roundtrip chartered flight, visa, ground transportation to the camps, homestays and all festival activities.
- The flight to Tindouf leaves Madrid on Tuesday October 8th and returns to Madrid on Sunday October 13th, probably late at night.
- We process a collective visa. Please provide accurate passport information in the registration form; its expiration date must exceed six months at time of travel. This means that your passport must be valid at least until March 13, 2014.
- We will be staying with Sahrawi families and will sleep in their haimas, special desert tents. Although host families are provided with extra food for their guests, we recommend that each visitor give their family at least 5€ per day to cover all expenses and compensate the work.
- If you already know a family in Dajla and would like to stay with them, please provide the festival organizers with the family's name, telephone number and precise location within Dajla. This option is possible only in Dajla, not in any of the other camps. Festival visitors are not authorized to leave Dajla on their own for security reasons.
- You will receive additional information on payment, the trip to Dajla, your stay and festival programming once you have registered.
