VISADO:El visado es colectivo y se tramitará por cuenta de la organización. Para ello sólo necesitaremos tu nombre completo, tu nº de pasaporte, tu nacionalidad y tu profesión, datos que te pedimos en el momento de tu reserva de plaza.

DOCUMENTACIÓN NECESARIA: El día del viaje deberás traer tu pasaporte en vigor con un mínimo de tres meses antes de su fecha de caducidad.

VUELO: La duración del vuelo es de aproximadamente 4 horas. Se efectúa una parada técnica en Orán en la que no se permite el descenso del avión a los pasajeros.

ESTANCIA: La estancia se realizará con familias saharauis. El hospedaje, la alimentación y transporte correrán a cargo del Frente Polisario y la organización. Los campamentos de refugiados carecen de instalación eléctrica. Se puede encontrar  con facilidad agua embotellada.

DATOS DE INTERÉS:
* TEMPERATURA: En estas fechas hay una temperatura media de 35º por la mañana y 12º por la noche.
* MONEDA: Dinar argelino. También se pueden utilizar euros.
* ROPA: Es recomendable llevar ropa y calzado cómodo. También una prenda de  abrigo para la noche

* Si deseas colaborar con el proyecto puedes llevar DVD´s ( no VHS’s) que se destinarán a las videotecas.
* Si deseas colaborar con las familias puedes llevar medicinas, artículos de aseo, dulces, conservas, material escolar (excepto libros de texto), pilas, mecheros, linternas, globos y cosas para los niños.
* No son necesarias las vacunas.
* El equipaje máximo es de 20 kilos

RECOMMENDATIONS

VISA: Frente Polisario and the organization obtain a collective visa for attendees. To be included in the visa, at the time that you make your reservation give us your full name, your passport number, your nationality, and your profession.

NECESSARY DOCUMENTS: On the day we depart for the Sahara, bring your valid passport with a minimum of three months prior to its expiration date.

FLIGHT: The flight lasts approximately four hours. The plane will stop for technical purposes in Oran, at which point passengers are not allowed to disembark.

LODGING: You will be staying with Sahrawi families. Lodging, meals, and transportation are taken care of by the Frente POLISARIO and the organization. The refugee camps have electricity and bottled water is available.
 
FACTS OF INTEREST:

• TEMPERATURE: During this time of year, there’s an average temperature of 35º Celsius during the day and 12º Celsius at night.
• CURRENCY: Algerian dinar. Euros are also accepted.
• CLOTHING: Comfortable clothing and shoes are recommended. A coat to wear at night is also recommended.

• If you would like to contribute to the project, bring DVD’s (not VHS) that can be shown in the video shops.
• If you would like to contribute to the families, you can bring medicine, toiletries, sweets, canned goods, school supplies (except textbooks), batteries, lighters, lanterns, balloons, and things for children.
• Vaccines are not required.
• Maximum baggage allowed is 20 kilos.
